Chardonnay will probably be available for any who want it.  First call, first serve. 
    Now we also have Meunier available.  It is an early variation on Pinot Noir and is often used in combination with Pinot Noir and Chardonney in champagne.  By itself it produces a lighter red wine that does not age as long as Pinot Noir.  It is best to drink it young, which means you don't have to wait 3-5 years for it to reach its peak.
