  • Scott called the meeting to order.

  • Thank you, Bob and Judy, for hosting the meeting and providing food.

  • We didn’t have an updated Treasury report. Scott will follow-up with Terry.

  • We elected officers for the next year. We will continue with the same officers for the coming year, which was approved by the attending members. Scott will remain President, Chris will be the Vice-President, Terry will be the Treasurer, and Shari will be Secretary.

  • The dues are $30/couple for one year. The dues can be sent to:

  • The 2016 meeting schedule is:

2/20, 4/16, 6/18, 7/16 (Russ and Jan will host), 9/17, and 12/17.  If you would like to host a meeting next year or know of a speaker we can invite to a meeting, let Scott know.

  • We are not sure what is going on with the Portland wine club and their amateur winemaking competition plans.

  • Russ shared that in the Winemaker Magazine, there is information on a wine competition. The deadline is 3/6/16. The entry fee is $25 plus the shipping fee to send it to New York.  Those who submit will receive comprehensive notes about their wine from 4 judges.

  • Judy and Bob shared information on their recent trip to Rome, Venice, and Tuscany.

     The treasury report from Terry is $781.02.  

     We hope someone will host the meeting for February 20th.  As of now we don't have a  

     meeting place.  Please let me know if you are up for hosting the meeting.  Barb and I will be

     in Arizona, but Chris will be running the meeting.
