Here are the minutes from Nov's meeting:

 

The November meeting was held in the cheerful  entertainment room at the home of Bob and Judy.   Fireplaces were going while members enjoyed wine and finger foods prior to the meeting. 

 

The meeting was called to order by President Gary at 3:15 p.m.

 

Treasurers report indicates we have $819.30 in the treasury.  

 

Members voted to change the due date of our dues to January of each year.  The amount remains the same. $30 per couple.   Some dues were paid prior to this decision.

 

It was voted that next year we will donate 50% of our profit on the wine competition for a scholarship to the Chemeketa Vitaculture Center.

 

A Chair is needed for the wine competition. There was also some discussion on a Logo.

 

Gift for the club mentor was discussed and voted upon.

 

Christmas party will be held on December 10 at 1 p.m. at Eola Hills.  One gift per couple in the $10 range.

 

There was no wine exchange as the meeting closed abruptly due to an emergency.
